Why NexBridge

A healthcare IT specialist, not a generalist staffing firm.

We staff one industry. Requests are matched to consultants who have already delivered the same category of work in a healthcare setting.

  1. 01

    Consultant matching

Experienced healthcare IT consultants matched to project needs.

  2. 02

    Vetted submissions

HR screening and technical review before submission. References and certifications are reviewed when applicable to the role.

  3. 03

    Contract flexibility

Direct engagement contracts, and participation in client MSP or VMS programs when required by the client's procurement path.

  4. 04

    Flexible project capacity

Scale consultant capacity during implementations, activations, optimization initiatives and planned releases, subject to consultant availability, verification and client requirements.

  5. 05

    Written status reporting

Progress against scope on a cadence the client team defines.

Engagement

Engagements sized to the work in front of the team.

Scope ranges from a single Epic Bridges analyst on a defined queue to a small pod supporting an activation or optimization window. Structure and reporting are agreed in writing before work starts.

  • Enterprise contracting

Direct contracting, with MSP or VMS participation when required by client procurement.

  • Documented vetting

Submission packets with résumé and interview notes. References and certification review included when applicable to the role, subject to availability and client requirements.

  • Named accountability

A named account contact for the duration of the engagement.

  • Program reporting

Written status against scope, hours and change control.

  • Embedded delivery

Consultants operating inside the client's tools and process.

  • Surge capacity

Additional analyst capacity for planned activations and releases.
