HR-managed verification of employment and consultant engagements with NexBridge Health Systems. Responses are issued in writing by our HR team to authorized requesters.

Verification Process

A structured, written HR process.

  1. 1. Request submission

    Email hr@nexbridgehealthsystems.com with the subject 'Employment Verification' and attach the verification request on requester letterhead.

  2. 2. Identity confirmation

    Our HR team confirms the requester's organization and authorization on file from the subject of the verification.

  3. 3. Employment record review

    HR reviews internal records, consultant engagement history and dates of service.

  4. 4. Written response

    A formal written response is returned by email. Verifications are not provided over the phone.
